Uso de la web y propiedad intelectual
El acceso a famosocollective.com es libre y gratuito. Los textos, imágenes, vídeos, diseño y la marca FAMOSO® pertenecen a SmallCreative Band, S.L. o a terceros que han autorizado su uso; no se pueden reproducir con fines comerciales sin permiso. Las tipografías Barlow Condensed, IBM Plex Sans e IBM Plex Mono se usan bajo la licencia SIL Open Font License.
Qué datos tratamos y para qué
1. Formulario de contacto. Si nos escribes, tratamos tu nombre, tu email, tu teléfono (si lo das) y lo que nos cuentes, solo para responderte. La base es tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla y que puedes retirar cuando quieras. Guardamos los mensajes el tiempo necesario para atender tu consulta y, como máximo, 12 meses después del último contacto, salvo que de ahí surja una relación comercial.
2. La cámara de la portada. Si usas «Hacer foto o vídeo», la imagen se procesa solo en tu navegador: no se envía a ningún servidor, no la guardamos y desaparece al recargar o cerrar la página. Para encontrar tu cara, el navegador descarga en ese momento un detector (MediaPipe, de Google) desde jsDelivr y Google; como con cualquier archivo que se descarga de internet, esos servicios reciben tu dirección IP, pero no la imagen. La cámara solo se activa si das permiso en tu navegador.
3. Tus preferencias. El color y el idioma que eliges se guardan en el almacenamiento de tu propio navegador para recordarlos en tu próxima visita. No se envían a ningún sitio y puedes borrarlos desde los ajustes del navegador.
4. Visitas a la web. Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento registra de forma técnica la dirección IP, la fecha y la página solicitada para poder servirla y por seguridad. No usamos esos registros para identificarte.

Esta web no usa cookies ni herramientas de analítica o publicidad. La web del juego FORKFIGHT (forkfight.famosocollective.com) tiene su propia política de cookies.
Con quién se comparten tus datos
No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. Solo los tratan, por encargo nuestro, los proveedores imprescindibles para que la web funcione:
- Netlify, Inc. (alojamiento de la web y recepción del formulario; Estados Unidos, adherida al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (correo electrónico, donde recibimos los mensajes del formulario).

Use of the website and intellectual property
Access to famosocollective.com is free. The texts, images, videos, design and the FAMOSO® brand belong to SmallCreative Band, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use; they may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. The Barlow Condensed, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
What data we process and why
1. Contact form. If you write to us, we process your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and your message, only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, 12 months after our last contact, unless it leads to a business relationship.
2. The camera on the home page. If you use «Take a photo or video», the image is processed only in your browser: it is not sent to any server, we do not store it, and it disappears when you reload or close the page. To find your face, your browser downloads a detector (MediaPipe, by Google) from jsDelivr and Google at that moment; as with any file downloaded from the internet, those services receive your IP address, but not the image. The camera is only turned on if you allow it in your browser.
3. Your preferences. The colour and language you choose are stored in your own browser so they are remembered next time. They are not sent anywhere and you can delete them in your browser settings.
4. Visits to the website. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and requested page) to serve the page and for security. We do not use those logs to identify you.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The FORKFIGHT game website (forkfight.famosocollective.com) has its own cookie policy.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your data. It is only processed, on our behalf, by the providers we need for the website to work:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling; USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (email, where we receive the form messages).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to info@famosocollective.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes
If we change what we do with your data, we will update this page and the date above.
